As part of our Cultural Program, Brussels Fashion Week is on the look out for the most exciting partners, events and initiatives around the city of Brussels to join our calendar of events.

The BXLFW cultural program is an excellent platform for established and emerging retailers, artists, designers, businesses and individuals alike to gain brand exposure, drive sales, showcase products and strengthen their networks.

Retailers, associations & organisations wishing to participate in the Brussels Fashion Week celebrations are asked to curate an activity which will take place during the Brussels Fashion Week preview from 24-26 April 2020. Do not miss the opportunity to feature and be part of our official calendar of events

    DESIGNER EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

    Designer applications to showcase during Brussels Fashion Week 2020 from 4-7 October 2020 will be reviewed by the FAB Style Collective team.

    From contemporary fashion to experimental ideas, haute couture collections to avant-garde fashion and street wear, FAB Style Collective presents runway shows from the best emerging and established, national and international designers, setting the standard for a new era of cutting edge presentations on the Belgian catwalks.

    To be eligible to participate in the official schedule, an applicant must:
    • Be at least 18 years old
    • Present credentials and designs that can be applied to at least one of the following categories:
      - Ready-to-Wear
      - Haute Couture
      - Swim/ Athleisure
      - Evening Wear
      - Accessories
      - Jewellery
      - Shoes
    • Have produced and sold no less than two (2) recent commercial collections.
    • Please ensure that you meet the above criteria prior to applying. Only successful applicants will be notified.


    Designers will be charged a runway participation fee of €95/silhouette once their applications has been accepted. A minimum of 15 looks must be presented to participate.

    Sponsorship allows designers to offset the major costs associated with the running of the event and to offer extremely attractive participation fees to designers . You may find your own sponsors to help cover the Production of your Brussels Fashion Week participation. An information pack will be sent upon acceptance of your application

    Please describe your brand, aesthetic, product category, average price point, , etc.


    SUPPORTING MATERIAL


    Please provide information of your concept (maximum 300 words). Include theme, production budget, show producer, brand ambassadors, PR agency, stylists, guests, creative director, etc.)

    Please include a short biography of no more than 300 words.

    5-10 highres images of proposed collection (or 5 –10 images of past work, and 10 sketches of the proposed collection).
    All samples of work are to be packed in a single zip-file with a maximum size of 25 megabytes.

    Please include 3-5 images for promotional purposes. Images should be high quality 300dpi JPG.
